I’m pretty sure I posted about this before, but the Wolf T-Shirt Phenomena (NSFW-ish) is one of the funniest Internet memes around.
We’ve all seen them around. From the hangers of tacky Banff gift shops to the shoulders of people from the wrong side of the tracks. Yes, the Water colored black Wolf T-Shirt is clearly something to behold in the world of T-Shirt design.
Anyways, I stumbled upon this gem from Threadless that just kicks the whole concept up a notch. Yes, it really is a t-shirt of Hotchicks with beer and flamethrowers on wolves. Does it get any better than that?
First – Yes, I’m on a bit of T-Shirt kick again, so you will all have to humor me. But this is another gem from Threadless.
Second – I for one, Welcome the Trans-Pan-Arctic-Alberta Monorail with open arms … monorail … monoRail … MonoRAIL … MONORAIL! MONORAIL!
Third – Obama Plus Ovechkin equals Crazy Delicious. Love that Obama knows about the greatness of Alexander.
Fourth – Spin Magazine (By the way, does any one actually read spin any more?) has released it’s list of Canada’s Top Ten Bands.
While you can’t argue Neil and RUSH, but adding Broken Social Scene and Stars is a bit iffy. It’s sort of like adding Massive Attack to your Top Five Side One Track Ones of all time. (via. drewmac)
Fifth – Interesting and kinda shocking story about the proposed move of the Calgary Farmers Market to the Heritage Area. Sounds like a very odd little group governing our city’s best collection of incense and fresh food.
Sixth – Fascinating evidence that both Rob Corddry and John Cusak actually know each other.
Seventh – Not that my paternal instincts are kicking in or anything, but this photo of newborn Marlo from Dooce is hysterical.
It could be the best crazed baby eyes photo I’ve seen since this little guy.
Eighth This over whelming NIMBY attitude eating up Calgary is driving me absolutely bonkers.
Ninth The Polaris Music Prize short list was announced this week … But you’ll all have to wait till I bitch about this in a full post next week.
