Things happen for a reason.

If it wasn’t mean to be, it wasn’t meant to be.

Life works in mysterious ways, and sometimes it happens for the better.

You’ll be amazed at what happens in a year.

A year is a very long time.

About 365 odd days ago, over used and tired cliches were driving me mental. I swore that if someone used another fing cliche around me I was just going to drop them … Flat out drop them … They didn’t understand … it was different … it was unique …

It’s awe inspiring and awkward to think about that flight and those events, because it does seem like an eternity. So much has happened, that it’s almost comical that its only been a single crazy year. But what a 365 days it has been. Easily the craziest, most difficult and most rewarding days of my life.

Last year was the beginning and the end of a chapter of the story that is the ol’ c.t.o. And with all that’s gone on over the year, I have to admit one thing … And it pains me to admit it…

But all those cliches. Well it turns out that people use them for a reason … because fortunately there is honest truth in those words.
