Random Thoughts For Some Daft Punk Remixes Friday June 29, 2007

Don’t know what it is, but I’m hooked on Daft Punk remixes this week. Maybe it’s the inner Eurotrash coming out.

Probably not.

First – The 10 worst ideas for Japanese Soft Drinks. The Kid beer is unreal. What sort of mad man approves beer for Kids?

Second – Continuing with the fact that this year could possibly be one of the most exciting years for record releases. It seems the Weakerthans are releasing a follow-up to Reconstruction Site on September 25th.

Third – First off I was never a huge Ironman fan as a kid. He was always pretty cool and he was a pretty cool character in that Captain America and the Avengers video game, but I have to admit that the Ironman movie coming out next May looks money. Factor in that it’s being directed by Jon Favreau – Mikey from swingers and you know it’s going to be good. Either that or someone’s going to be up five hunny by midnight.

Fourth – I heart Cabbie on the Street."

Fifth – Apparently the White Stripes show in Whitehorse was a thing of legend.

Sixth – Who ever wrote the definition of Queen of the Harpies really missed the boat.

Seventh – Worst Boy Scout Ever.

Eight – The 20 loudest records of all time. Further proof that welcome to the Terrordrome is the single greatest wedding song of all time.
