One Nine Nine Four Tuesday September 29, 2009

One of the most frustrating things about Film Festivals is the overload of information. Unless you have a couple hours to sit down and weed through the entire program guide, there is always going to be a situation where a film that you would potentially love slips through your fingers. Such is what is happening with the film one nine nine four which of course is playing at the Calgary Film Festival tonight.

Essentially, it’s old punks from the early nineties (which is like 13 years ago now) ranting about how music was so different then and how things have changed, which of course is similar to Documentaries in the mid nineties about punk in the late 70s and early 80s. Either way it’s a documentary about old men talking about music. If you are free tonight you should definitely try and check it out.
